Ashley Hugill got his Q School Event Two campaign off to the perfect start with a 4-0 demolition of Adam Stacey.

Former Crucible competitor Hugill dropped off the tour after the 2024 World Championship and has spent the last year among the amateur ranks. The York cueman came within two wins of a tour card in event one, losing out in the penultimate round against Switzerland's Alexander Ursenbacher. 

Hugill fired in 90, 72 and 64 in the first three frames today, as he swept to a whitewash win. Next up he faces Neal Jones. 

Former English Under 18 champion Daniel Boyes was a 4-1 victor against Daniel Young. He crafted runs of 79 and 68 and will now face Phil O'Kane. 

Frenchman Brian Ochoiski won 4-1 against Dylan Smith, while Ian Martin defeated young Hong Kong star Shaun Liu 4-1.
