Anthony Hamilton came from 2-0 down to beat Richard Binns 4-2 as he made a successful start to his Q School event one campaign in Leicester.

Hamilton had been ever present on the pro tour since 1991, before relegation at the end of the 2024/25 season. But the 53-year-old is looking to bounce straight back via Q School and he's into round three to face Gary Thomson. After a slow start against Binns, Hamilton battled back to take four frames in a row with a top break of 53.
Switzerland's Alexander Ursenbacher came from 2-1 down to beat Faizaan Mohammed 4-2 while David Grace top scored with 88 in a 4-1 win over Kaylan Patel.
Alex Millington edged out Rory McLeod 4-3, while Alfie Burden earned a 4-2 victory over Robert Read. James Cahill knocked in breaks of 65, 76 and 50 in a 4-1 defeat of David Brown.
Round three gets underway on Saturday.
