Bio

One of the best among the exceptional crop of Welsh talent to come through in the 1990s, Stevens has twice been within two frames of winning the World Championship, and was also a semi-finalist at the Crucible on four other occasions. During his best years he had a reputation for excelling in long matches and at the very biggest tournaments, highlighted by winning The Masters in 2000 and defeating Stephen Hendry in the final of the 2003 UK Championship for his only ranking title to date. Stevens has reached the landmark of 30 years as a professional snooker player.
